My thoughts:

A fun family movie! Yogi was a comedy that was loved by all ages at our house! We laughed about the pic-nik baskets!! And the turtle was pretty awesome, we have turtles for pets at our house!

First off, Selena Gomez is such a cute actress. I just think she is so adorable & she fits the parts she plays so well. Joey King is just super cute as Ramona! She's too funny & really gets into her part! I would watch this again, it's a great family movie!

My thoughts:

I absolutely LOVE Randy Orton! I am a huge fan of him & of wrestlers starring in movies! I especially like them in FIGHT movies!! I thought this movie was FABULOUS!! Not only does it have a good story, the plot of the movie is along the lines of what alot of kids deal with now. Bullying happens & people judge others. People are still in that mindset & this movie really taps into that. It has a good message! I was disappointed in Randy's part being so small & I also didn't think his character would be a "bad" guy. Even though that's the part he plays & he plays it WONDERFULLY!!

My thoughts:

I'm a big time Stone Cold fan, so I absolutely LOVED it!! I thought the fight scenes were great, I love watching wrestlers in good fight movies!! Thought it was a good movie with a pretty good plot & storyline. I'd watch it again & I'm going to recommend it to my mom!

So MIA!!

I feel like I haven't gotten on my blog in FOREVER!! I've gotten so busy with school out, so it's summer vacation & we've been going to the pool & plus I've had friends around like crazy!

Today I was SUPER Me! I took 17 kids to the pool. Yes, 17!! I had one other adult with me & the kids range in age from 4-15. I was asked to take 4 more *all 3 and under* but I said NO THANK YOU!! I'm crazy, just not that crazy!!

And how exactly do you get sunburn when you sit in the shade all day, not even swimming at all! I didn't even wear a bathing suit!!

It was ok, some humorous moments. Mostly focuses on the book Scarlett Letter & shows what would happen modern day with just rumors. It's ok.

It was your typical back hills slasher movie. The same kids running into the same problems because they took the back roads instead of the highway. However, I enjoy these type of movies & anyone who does would find it to be worth watching atleast once.

My thoughts:

I really learned alot about Pamela Anderson from this book. I didn't know she had posed for Playboy for so long. I also didn't know she was romantically involved with Scott Baio or Bret Michaels. She went through alot in her life & for her to finally have love & be able to live her life with no one telling her what to do is the best thing I could have read in that book!

BOOK REVIEW: If I Should Die Before I Wake

Instrumental in the kidnapping of her 13-year-old Jewish neighbor, Hilary hates all Jews and believes one caused her father's death. Through Chana's memories, the girl is transported back to World War II, experiencing for herself the horrors suffered by Polish Jews just trying to survive, first in the Lodz ghetto, then in the concentration camp. While the subject matter is certainly compelling, this first novel is not as powerful as Jane Yolen's The Devil's Arithmetic (Viking, 1988) or as chilling as Jay Bennett's Skinhead (Watts, 1991). Nolan does a better job of portraying Chana than Hilary or her Bible-quoting mother, but Mrs. Burke's dysfunctional personality and Hilary's problems with her are clear. Interspersed are Biblical passages that are sometimes appropriate to the text, but often unnecessary and distracting. The ending is predictable and soppy: Chana dies leaving an album full of family photos to Hilary. My thoughts:

I was intrigued by this book. I enjoyed learning about the Nazi's and some of what they did to the Jews back then. Some of the things were horrible & terrible. I couldn't get my attention off that book. When I tried to put it down, I was so curious to know what happened next. I just had to pick it back up!!

The movie started off with one gruesome killing spree, then skipped to another, then one last one. Then it took the time to piece it all together. I was confused so much through the beginning that the ending wasn't worth it.

I thought this movie was ok, didn't show me much into what he was really like as a murderer. I knew parts of his story from reading my dad's old crime magazines, so it didn't fit as much as I thought it should.

Starts off similar to every movie about something killing people that can only be explained by a scientist or the person who created it. It is an ok horror movie, it has the gore scenes. Now, a few scenes that disturbed me were the ones that started as a horror movie shot then changed to a scene from an old black & white horror movie. I hated how fake they looked!!

First off, I have been a John Travolta fan since GREASE :) Love him to death!! I absolutely loved him in this movie too! He gets the job done & he's super good at it! I love the fight scenes where he just knocks people around!!

KIDORABLE DINOSAUR RAINCOAT EVENT!!

Just recently my little 3 year old nephew's grandmother won him tickets to see Barney & friends Live. Prior to this, he liked some dinosaurs, made roaring sounds and such when playing with them. However he wasn't REALLY into them! Now that he met the big purple dinosaur, he hasn't even tried to play with his Buzz and Woody. He's been too busy playing with his Rex.

My other nephew, who is almost 2, went to the show also. He's been chasing his brother around fighting for Rex. So I guess thier next big thing is gonna be dinosaurs.

Did you ever have a child that into dinosaurs? Both of mine were never really that into dinosaurs. I mean they both liked them ok, but they never really took a big interest in them.

My Princess visited Pittsburgh's Carnegie Museum and liked the dinosaur section when she was in Kindergarden. My Monster liked the fact that some of them ate the others, but he didn't get too into them either.

My SIL asked me to check into dinosaur patterned items she could get for thier rooms and thier new homes. She wanted to get them rain boots because they will be having a back yard for the first time.

Pretty good for a spoof movie. I love when they take the long drive & relax!! haha, too funny! At the gas station when the crazy hippy woman pulls the gun on then, Keenan is HILARIOUS!! Stan's Bret Michael's look is actually hot too!! The different slash film killers was pretty funny too!

I was looking forward to a very scary movie, what I got was a mediocre horror film. Although it was good, I was disappointed because the cover says The Best American Horror Film in 20 years! I do not agree with this, I can name atleast 20 movies better!!

Absolutely loved this movie!! It was so sad though! I found myself crying my eyes out throughout the entire movie. Don't look for a miracle when watching this though, look for a special message in hope & in faith.

Really good movie!! Made me cry!! Shows two girls of two completely different lives who are brought together by a school shooting. They start off on not so good terms but in the end, they bond over the situation. Great movie!!

Watched this movie with my kids, my husband, my brother and his family. My 3 year old nephew loved this movie!! He laughed & sat & watched it the entire time. I'd say in general it's a really good, cute kids movie!
